The History of 162JPP

Being one of the very few self-managed commercial and residential estates in Pererenan we, as owners, hope to continue and celebrate the Hacienda Bali spirit and happiness as we share our homes with guests from around the world.

2011

4,320m2 of Pererenan (then) sea view land is blessed by the Balinese and a dream begins – Provencal architect and designer arrive to start their 18 month project

2013

Hacienda Bali opens for business – 5 villas, 14 bedrooms, restaurant and bar – offering a view of Pererenan for thousands of future visitors.

2015

The estate blesses the first of numerous marital unions using the whole estate and restaurant to celebrate in the verdant green of the village.

2018

the estate welcomes it's first independent F&B operator signaling the signs of things to come.

2020

COVID changes the world and Hacienda Bali welcomes it’s first long term residents, changing the nature of the estate forever.

2022

As a collection of 5 separate villa owners and restaurant operator we welcome the emergence of 162JPP (or number 162 Jalan Pantai Pererenan)

2024

We welcome Baro Bakery to start – restaurant to follow.
